Beverly Savage
Pre-License Instructor
Beverly began her real estate career in June 2003. She was investing in buying homes as rental properties and went to real estate school to make sure she was operating her rental business within the rules of the real estate industry. About halfway through the class, she realized that she had fell in love with all aspects of real estate and decided this would be a life changing career move for her.
She dove right into the business and was awarded the 2004 Rookie Award at the local real estate office she was working with and sold over one million dollars in volume the first year.
She is a life member of The Circle of Excellence. She also holds the SRS (Seller Representative Specialist) and the ABR (Accredited Buyer Representative) designations along with an Instructors License.
Beverly enjoys talking with people, learning about their families and what their dreams are. Helping a family buy or sell a home is a privilege and a job that is taken very seriously as it comes with a lot of responsibility and it's an honor to serve in this role.
In 2022 she embraced the opportunity to get her instructors license to help others achieve their dreams.
She is also a member of The Forsyth Monroe County Rotary Club, serving as speaker assignee, treasurer for the last two years and currently President.
In her spare time she enjoys gardening, sewing, and of course watching all the shows on HGTV!

Jessica Stevens
Pre-License Instructor
Jessica brings a passion and enthusiasm for helping others achieve their goals to clients and students alike. Her energy and creativity first landed her a position as a social hostess living and traveling aboard Carnival Cruise Lines in 2003 followed by four years as a publicist for nationally renowned clients including Mrs. Smith’s Bakeries, March of Dimes, and various national-headlined concert series in Atlanta, New Orleans, and Nashville.
Her desire to make a difference led her to earning a master’s in early childhood education from Wesleyan College followed by 13 years of teaching elementary students in Bibb and Henry Counties, as well as adult learners as an adjunct professor at Mercer University where she earned her specialist and doctorate in curriculum & instruction, and freshmen in orientation courses at her alma mater Georgia Southern University. It wasn’t until Jess settled down with a family of her own that she sought her current career chapter in real estate due to its ability to continue serving others while allowing for a more flexible schedule and unlimited income opportunities.
Currently, Jess is in her fifth year of real estate in GA where she has successfully sold more than 100 homes and has been recognized as a Best of the Best nominee, Rockin’ Realtor, and a multi-million-dollar top listing and selling agent. She is an active member of the Middle Georgia Board of Realtors®, a proud new member of the Georgia Real Estate Educators Association (GREEA), the Macon Historic Preservation Society, and serves on the board of trustees for The River Edge Foundation. She has consecutively been awarded the Coldwell Banker International Society of Excellence placing her in the top 7% of agents worldwide and top 13% in North America in 2021 and top 2% in North America and top 3% in GA for units sold and top 8% in North America and top 6% in GA for annual gross commission. She holds certification in Coldwell Banker Global Luxury Marketing and is a designated Real Estate Negotiation Expert (RENE).
In her spare time, Jess loves to travel and hike in nature with her adorable Kindergarten daughter, Charlotte and her Florida-recruited environmental engineer husband of seven years, Keith. They have 6 rescued fur babies including Harley, a doxie-hound, Annie, a chihuahua-shepherd, and kitties Pumpkin, Sunny, C.C., and Elsa. She is blessed to have her parents, Dr. Angel and Joanne Garcia, and her brother, David, living in Macon as well. She looks forward to helping others find their real estate “Success with Jess!”
